Research workshop / Event concept

European futures, everyday questions

A research workshop connecting reform agendas with the public experiences they seek to improve.

This workshop concept would bring different perspectives to the task of defining a manageable research question about European integration. Participants would consider the relationship between an institutional objective, its implementation and the experience of people affected. The session is illustrative, with no date, venue or participants confirmed.

Inside the conversation

01

Define a practical question

Identify a public-service or participation question that can be examined within a clear and realistic scope.

02

Consider evidence and perspectives

Discuss what information would be needed and which experiences should be included in the proposed inquiry.

03

Clarify scope and limits

Set out what the research could reasonably explain, where uncertainty would remain and how the work might be communicated.

This programme is a design sample. Speakers, partners, venue and date have not been confirmed; no registration is available.
